Baros, 16/02/2024. SMK Nurul Huda Baros, Banten - Dalam rangka meningkatkan keterampilan dan pengetahuan siswa dalam dunia kebekerjaan, SMK Nurul Huda Baros mengadakan pembelajaran proyek penguatan profil pelajar Pancasila dengan tema Kebekerjaan. Kegiatan ini merupakan bagian dari implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka yang dicanangkan oleh pemerintah, yang dilaksanakan pada tanggal 15 Februari 2024.
Pembelajaran proyek ini diikuti oleh seluruh siswa kelas X sebanyak 270 siswa. Materi yang disampaikan meliputi berbagai aspek terkait Wedding Organizer (WO), mulai dari pembuatan hantaran, keterampilan menjadi makeup artist, hingga pengetahuan tentang upacara adat pengiring pengantin dan peran MC dalam sebuah pernikahan.
Dalam proses pembelajaran ini, siswa tidak hanya diajarkan teori, tetapi juga langsung diberikan pengalaman praktis melalui instruktur yang berasal dari WO ternama di wilayah Banten. Hal ini bertujuan agar siswa dapat memahami secara langsung bagaimana dunia kebekerjaan di industri wedding organizer berlangsung.
Kepala Sekolah SMK Nurul Huda Baros, mengungkapkan bahwa kegiatan ini merupakan langkah inovatif yang diambil sekolah untuk memberikan pemahaman yang lebih mendalam kepada siswa mengenai dunia kerja di industri yang berkembang pesat seperti wedding organizer. "Kami berharap melalui kegiatan ini, siswa dapat memiliki pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang prospek dan tuntutan dunia kerja serta dapat menyiapkan diri dengan lebih baik untuk menghadapi tantangan di masa depan," ujarnya.
Sementara itu, para siswa menyambut antusias kegiatan ini sebagai kesempatan untuk belajar dan mengeksplorasi minat serta bakat mereka dalam dunia kebekerjaan. Mereka berharap dapat mengaplikasikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang didapatkan selama pembelajaran proyek ini di dunia nyata kelak.
Pembelajaran proyek penguatan profil pelajar Pancasila dengan tema kebekerjaan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi salah satu upaya efektif dalam mempersiapkan generasi muda untuk memasuki dunia kerja dengan kompetensi yang baik serta sikap yang sesuai dengan nilai-nilai Pancasila.
