*Serang,- Pada tanggal 17 Agustus 2023, sekolah menengah kejuruan (SMK)
Nurul Huda meriahkan peringatan Hari Ulang Tahun (HUT) Kemerdekaan Republik
Indonesia yang ke-78 dengan menggelar upacara megah. Acara ini dihadiri oleh
seluruh dewan guru dan siswa SMK Nurul Huda.
Dengan tema
"Terus Melaju Untuk Indonesia Maju," upacara ini menjadi momentum
untuk merayakan kemerdekaan dan menggugah semangat patriotisme di kalangan
generasi muda. Heroisme pasukan pengibar bendera juga menjadi sorotan utama,
dengan persiapan intensif selama dua bulan untuk menampilkan pengibaran bendera
yang memukau.
Kepala SMK
Nurul Huda, H. Aef Saefullah, dalam pidatonya menyampaikan rasa bangga dan
penghargaan kepada para pahlawan yang telah berjuang demi kemerdekaan
Indonesia. "Perjuangan para pahlawan tidaklah sia-sia. Mereka telah
menumpahkan darah, keringat, dan air mata untuk mewujudkan impian Indonesia
merdeka," ujar H. Aef Saefullah.
Dalam
pidatonya yang penuh semangat, kepala sekolah juga menekankan tanggung jawab
generasi penerus dalam menjaga dan memajukan cita-cita bangsa.
"Kemerdekaan bukanlah sekadar kebebasan dari penjajahan fisik, tetapi juga
kebebasan dalam berpikir, berbicara, dan berkreasi. Kita sebagai generasi
penerus memiliki tanggung jawab besar untuk menjaga dan memajukan cita-cita
mulia bangsa ini," tambahnya.
Sebagai
bagian dari rangkaian perayaan, pada tanggal 18 Agustus 2023, SMK Nurul Huda
juga mengadakan perlombaan khas 17an yang meriah. Para siswa antusias mengikuti
berbagai perlombaan tradisional seperti balap karung, makan kerupuk, dan
beragam kegiatan seru lainnya. Seluruh peserta dan penonton tampak kompak
mengenakan pakaian merah putih, semakin menambah semarak acara tersebut.
Semangat
nasionalisme dan kebersamaan terus berkobar di SMK Nurul Huda, membuktikan
bahwa semang
at perjuangan para pahlawan kemerdekaan tetap hidup dan
menginspirasi generasi muda untuk terus melaju demi Indonesia Maju.
