Baros. 12/10/2024. SMK Nurul Huda baru-baru ini mengadakan Workshop Penerapan Budaya Kerja Industri sebagai bagian dari komitmen sekolah untuk menanamkan budaya kerja profesional sesuai dengan Kurikulum Merdeka. Workshop ini dihadiri oleh seluruh dewan guru, dengan pemateri khusus dari praktisi dunia industri yang memiliki pengalaman luas dalam penerapan budaya kerja di lingkungan profesional.
Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memperkenalkan konsep dan praktik budaya kerja industri, mulai dari disiplin, tanggung jawab, kolaborasi, hingga etika profesional. Dengan menghadirkan praktisi langsung dari dunia industri, para guru diharapkan mendapatkan wawasan yang mendalam tentang standar dan ekspektasi yang diperlukan di tempat kerja. Pengetahuan ini nantinya akan ditransfer ke siswa melalui pembelajaran sehari-hari.
"Harapan kami, budaya kerja yang dipelajari ini dapat menjadi tolak ukur keberhasilan para siswa di SMK Nurul Huda. Dengan menerapkan budaya kerja yang baik, para siswa akan lebih siap menghadapi tantangan di dunia kerja setelah lulus nanti," ujar Kepala SMK Nurul Huda dalam sambutannya.
Workshop ini menunjukkan komitmen SMK Nurul Huda untuk menciptakan lingkungan pendidikan yang tidak hanya berfokus pada akademis, tetapi juga pada keterampilan dan etika kerja profesional. Melalui penerapan budaya kerja industri ini, SMK Nurul Huda berharap dapat mencetak lulusan yang berkualitas, siap kerja, dan berdaya saing tinggi di pasar kerja.
